main rhythm of the bass line is pretty obvious, but I'm sure there are going to be disputes about one thing until a video is released, and that is whether there are 4 16th notes in the main riff (like this: |22225-2---------|) or 3 synchopated notes (like this: |22-25-2---------|). You can play it either way you want. I think the synchopation makes it a mellower and more fitting bass line but if you desire to play 4, be my guest. It's incredibly hard to discern with my system, but both are essentially the same and sound great.
