--------------------------------------------------------------------------- Don't Kill the Whale - Yes --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tabbed by: maguri Tuning: Standard Yes Don't Kill the Whale (1978) (Jon Anderson/Chris Squire) From: "Tormato" A strange and beautiful recording. There is one thing I'm not quite sure of: The F#m in the verses might as well be a major chord - Anderson, at least, sometimes sings something sounding like the major third. Something in the instrumental track, on the other hand, suggests a minor third without really coming forward with it. With the absence of the lead vocals in both instrumental verses the F# seems to be more minor than major. Any ideas? Comments highly welcome! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- INTRO | Bm | A | Em | G | C | F#m | F# | VERSE
