Better yet, a synth effect! The last section, where the notes climb, is probably not a 100% accurate but sounds about 98% right. A Whammy pedal of some sort with it set to an octave up might be a good way to play that passage. Oh and a nice vibrato on the last note of the climb. The rest of the song is just repeats of previous parts with slight vations and number of times played. HAVE FUN!
