There is a lot of hammering on and off the G string, listen

For those with the hammer thing on the guitars which loosen the
strings and give the damp effect, utilise this here. Edge plays a
clean D, I think with maybe some added distortion, then gives it
the bendy sound. The riff goes simply like this, then straight back
to main riff.
