#----------------------------------PLEASE NOTE---------------------------------# #This file is the author's own work and represents their interpretation of the # #song. If anyone knows how to post to NEVADA, could they please do that to this posting. EXIT - U2 BASS INTRO A--7-7-7-7-7-7-7-7|-7-7-7-7-7-7-7-7|--3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3|-- A--10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-- (continue this pattern throughout song) Edges part (including intro) - begin this after playing bass pattern twice - in fact comes in half way through the last bar (the G's on fret 10) (trip.) Instead of actually plucking, hit the string at about a 45 degree angle - don't worry if the string doesn't really sound, Edge doesn't seem to. What you're basically doing is thumping the strings for all they're worth, and expecting a far from clean sound. -If more help is needed on this, such as "what the hell is this guy talking about", mail me, and I'll be happy to oblige.
