Tuning: E A D G B E
Great song, powerful earworm, weird-ass rhythm. Getting it to groove is way harder than playing the chords. I do a thing where I slap with my thumb (T) on the down beat followed by a thumb sweep (Sw) to get the following rhythm: [1-&a2-&-3-&-----] T Sw T T Strum But it's pretty simplistic, given how complex the song itself is. I also recommend barring Bb and C way up on the neck, but that's up to personal preference. Anyway, enjoy The National's latest single, keep playing guitar, and enjoy the countdown to May 17th [Intro] F C [Verse 1]
