Tuning E A D G B e OR E A D G B c both sound good. I really love this song, and didn't feel like retuning my guitar. I found that the chords given here aren't quite correct. They just don't sound right to me. I'm not saying my tab is perfect, but to me it sounds better than the chords in standard tuning here, but I used the other tabs to come up with this version of the song. You can tune your high e to a c if you want to get a slightly fuller sound, but you don't have to. You basically keep a C major shape the whole song and just change the bass notes.
