I got the album today and I had to post this because the only posting so far
is CRD file, which I can never get to work. There is more to this song than
you might think at first. Sorry, I don't know the lyrics yet.

And that little thing at the end is kind of confusing. Basically, the A
chord is going haywire over the A-E-F#-G bass line, but in the background
you can here the ukulele in the background somehow resolving to a D major
chord, with an appropriate A to D finish.
