Ain’t She Sweet – The Beatles
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Written by: Ager/Yellen
Recorded in 1962
Now on: "Anthology 1" (1995)
Tabbed by: maguri
Tuning: soprano C
I listened closely to what the Beatles did here. It's an eclectic
arrangement, a little Jazz (bass), a little Beat (guitars). The bass
goes up chromatically, suggesting something diminished as the second
chord. The guitars however don't use a diminshed chord but play a
regular C or C7 there. I don't think, though, that this dissonant C7/F
should be reflected in a ukulele chord sheet, so my reading just
features the plain C7. For completists, this is what actually happens
in the Beatles' recording:

Alternative for the turnaround (includes the lead vocal,
not what the Beatles play, but sounds nice - kind of jazzy-flashy):

3-4-4-4 2-3-4-2
For easier chord shapes and if the original key is not important,
transpose -4 to C (shapes, see above on the right).
