Messing around with the fingerings, I'm 99% sure that Mikael uses a capo on the 3rd fret, so this tab is relative to that. Again, done entirely by ear, so forgive any mistakes (and preferably point them out in the comments). EDIT (4/3/2013) - I stumbled upon a cover of this song on youtube, and that version was far more accurate and logical than mine. I'm going to leave my interpretation of some of these parts for the heck of it, but the corrected parts are also below, courtesy of Ben (bostoys@gmail.com), along with some minor corrections in the other bits.
