Pixies Ana The Sections : 1) The chord sequence 2) The tab of the chords 3) The tab of the lead guitar parts NB If you know how to play the chords used in the song, just use sections 1 and 3. If you are not familiar with the chords in section 1, you need to look at section 2 AS WELL AS section 1 (and section 3). Section 2 is just there to show the fretting of the chords used in each part of the song - IT IS NOT the chord sequence, only section 1 is the chord sequence! Use the two sections together! - ie learn what the chords are first and how to play them, then the chord sequence. The reason I haven't written each strumming of the chords out and the full sequence of chords out in tab in section 2 is that it would take forever (I'm doing this in notepad) and also, strumming is very subjective to each individual player (I could do it in beats, but I still think this way is simpler anyway). Also, it is very useful as a player to know the names of the chords, rather than fret numbers and this way will help you to learn them. There are basically 2 parts to the song, what I've called A and B. What I have called A2, is simply part A1 but a semitone higher (ie one fret higher), and similarly for B2.
