I gave strumming suggestions based on the original song. If you know anything about written rhythms, it should make sense. If not, then just ignore what's in parentheses and figure it out yourself. The C#m7, G6/9 and F6/9 chords are definitely right, I'm just not sure if those are the right names for them. A small note on the chorus (no pun intended): The Ds are for two beats, and the A and G are one beat each.
