^CI woke up this morning wanting to cry ^Amand when I called her I realized why. ^CAlthough she was honest, ^Amshe spoke with a cold tongue. ^CI broke down in the courtyard when it came to light ^Amshe broke every promise in the space of one night. ^CShe made me hate this city, ^Amimmediately. ^CI thought she was something else, ^Ambut as it turns out she was just someone else.

^CWe spent two years together, ^AmI thought I made her better. ^CAll my best friends told me ^AmI should forget her, ^Cbut I never could, ^AmI thought that I should. ^CI need to stop thinking of the things I'll ^Amnever do again, and just be ^Cglad I did them, and I'm ^Amso glad I did them.

^CFirst love does not mean ^Ambest love, ^Cand best friends may not mean ^Ambest friends forever, but they ^Cboth mean at somepoint, somewhere, ^Csomeone did ^Amcare [nothing played] and their memories still there.

^CI know she was special, ^CI know she was good, ^AmI know she wasn't flawless but I know I was loved. ^CI know she had passion, ^CI know she was kind, ^Amso why should an ending alter my state of mind. ^CAlthough I find it hard to relive her, ^CI know that I would always forgive her.
