I have noticed there is no tab for the original version of this song, the one brave Italian partisans sang
during their days of militancy in the Resistance against Nazis and fascists, so I decided to submit one
myself.
Bella Ciao means a lot to my country (Italy, of course) as it's widely known as the most famous
anti-fascist hymn ever sung. However, it has become a symbol of freedom and resistance all over the world,
it has been translated into several languages and played in different situations and places. That's why I
think non-Italian speakers too could (and should) enjoy this. We don't exactly know who wrote it, and that
makes the whole thing even more powerful, I believe.
As to Italian speakers... the lyrics change according to the website you check, I just tried to put the ones
that sounded most right/nice to me.

Ora e sempre Resistenza.
AmUna mattina mi son svegliato,
O bella, ciao! Bella, ciao!
Bella, cAm7iao, ciao, ciao!
Una matDmtina mi son sveglAmiato
e ho troE7vato l'invasAmor.
AmO partigiano, portami via,
O bella, ciao! Bella, ciao!
Bella, cAm7iao, ciao, ciao!
O partigiDmano, portami Amvia,
ché mi sE7ento di morAmir.
AmE se io muoio da partigiano,
O bella, ciao! Bella, ciao!
Bella, cAm7iao, ciao, ciao!
E se io mDmuoio da partigAmiano,
tu mi E7devi seppellAmir.
AmSeppellire lassù in montagna,
O bella, ciao! Bella, ciao!
Bella, cAm7iao, ciao, ciao!
E seppelDmlire lassù in monAmtagna
Sotto l'E7ombra di un bel fiAmor.
AmE le genti che passeranno
O bella, ciao! Bella, ciao!
Bella, cAm7iao, ciao, ciao!
E le gDmenti che passeAmranno
Ti dirE7anno «Che bel fiAmor!»
Am«È questo il fiore del partigiano»,
O bella, ciao! Bella, ciao!
Bella, cAm7iao, ciao, ciao!
«È questo il Dmfiore del partigAmiano
morto E7per la liberAmtà!»
