No disrespect intended towards previous uploaders, there has been some good transcriptions, but when
it comes to the capo version there is a few minor things I felt needed clarification. The difference
in my transcription is some minor changes; along with the combination of chord placement in relation
to the lyrics, added instrumental parts, corrected which strings are played in the chords.

Chords:
Em (0 2 2 0 0 0)
D (X X 0 2 3 2)
C (X 3 2 0 1 0)
When playing live, I've also seen him replace the D with a:
Dsus2 (X X 0 2 3 0)
Clarification:
Chordname (E A D G B E)
X = Don't play / Muffle
Main playing pattern:
D D U U D U
. .
1 & 2 &
And sometimes he alternates with this secondary playing pattern:
D D U D U
. .
1 & 2 &
Clarification:
D = Downstrum
U = Upstrum
. = Muting
I go through the patterns and the technique behind it on the tutorial, and I
also show the hammer-on addition he does on alot of the C chords, and also
the addition on the D in the third verse.
Free papers for this song are available in .pdf on my website, you can find the
link in the description on the YouTube tutorial. Among the papers available are
Lyrics & Chords, Lyrics & Chords plus (with added numbers for rounds of pattern
per chord), Chord Diagrams and Playing Patterns (strumming, additions and also
simplified patterns). If you need further help or explanations don't hesitate
to ask, if it is a subject where other people may benefit from the answer it's
best done by commenting on the YouTube tutorial, but posts here and personal
messages will also be answered (though not as fast)!
