Let me start off by saying this: You are NOT going to be able to replicate Twiggy's exact tone for this solo! I got pretty close but it's still off but here's what I use: Dime From Hell wah on the 6th setting with the Variable Q all the way up and Fine Tune all the way down, Volume can be wherever if you want to use the boost. Tuning: Drop D Key 0*: Pinch Harmonic 17*18: Bend pinch harmonic up half step Trm12: Tremolo pick the fret 22b24: Bend a full step On the part where you tremolo pick the 12th fret and end on the bent 22nd fret, tremolo pick all of the notes!
