Tuning: E A D G B E
Small World by Madness, from their 2012 album "Oui Oui, Si Si, Ja Ja, Da Da". Written by Daniel Woodgate. Notes: In Chorus 3, the vocals from both Chorus 1 and Chorus 2 are sung at the same time. To denote this, I've put the backing vocals in brackets underneath the lead. Also, the guitar plays a brief Dsus4 in verses 1 and 2 but I've omitted it for simplicity. Bass line for intro/verse one [outlines a Dm(add9), causing the dissonance with the keys]: Note that the bass in in drop d tuning. Each - represents am 8th note (quaver) G|--------| E|--0-----| D|--2-----| B|--------| A|-0-0--0-| or on standard tuned guitar: G|-2-2--2-| D|0---3---| D|0---3---| A|--------| E|--------| [Intro] Bass riff x4 then F E D x2 [Verse 1]
