Linkin Park - Somewhere I Belong ( Duet ) Another Linkin Park duet but once again I did not tab MUCH of this. I merely arranged this for a standard tuned guitar with a C# tuned guitar. The original version is recorded with mike shinoda playing C# tuned guitar I think, and delson playing (B, E, A, D, G, B and half a step down). But if you are like me..i like to keep my guitar in one tuning even when I play with a friend. The Duet follows! Guitar 1: Drop D then half step down: from bottom to top (C#, G#, C#, F#, A#, D#) Guitar 2: Standard (E, A, D, G, B, E) For those who don’t know: the weird sweeping electronic effect that goes through this whole track is a backwards and altered version of Chester playing chords on his guitar. To get this effect you might want to play the follow chords using your ‘least bass-y’ pickup and by strumming slowly with your thumb near the bridge of your guitar.
