First tab/chord dealie! You can be honest, but please be civil. This is what my
ears heard and hands wanted to play.
Played open E.
*Dm/G: E A D G B E
3 X 3 2 3 X
*The Dm/G was a tough choice since I liked each chord sound. My better half
pointed out the G is the bass chord likewise the Dm a treble. So you can play the
Dm/G, either of the 2 or with someone & split them.
Whew, the rest is pretty easy. :-)
Verse 1:
I A Dm/Gfeel like I could run awAay
GLooking at a darker dDay
Oh I'm pGulling the shades aAway from my eyes
It's trueA the Dm/Gmoody manners come and Ago
And it's bGetter that you never knCow
CHORUS:
CSome things are Fmbetter left unsaid
CSome strings are Fmbetter left undone
CSome hearts are Fmbetter left unAbrokA7en A A7
CSome lives are Fmbetter left untouched
CSome lies are Fmbetter off believed
CSome words are Fmbetter left unAspokA7en A A7
Verse 2:
AMy Dm/Gideas seem to frighten Ayou
Are you Greally that afraid to mDove
Oh I Gguess that it's your right to Areason
AI'm still Gdealing with a force that's so Astrong
The Gforce is stringing us Calong
CHORUS:
CSome things are Fmbetter left unsaid
CSome strings are Fmbetter left undone
CSome hearts are Fmbetter left unAbrokA7en A A7
CSome lives are Fmbetter left untouched
CSome lies are Fmbetter off believed
CSome words are Fmbetter left unAspokA7en A A7
