It’s in 4/4 but the lyrics start in different place and there are a few half bars. I've marked the half bars with * (ie C* = half a bar of C). I've formtted it so that every marking of a chord represents one bar (or half bar), and the chords are positioned directly above the first syllable of the bar. This should make it much easier to play than the other tabs on UG. The only variation that I’ve not included in the tab is where he plays the open 6th (low E) string followed by the same string on the 3rd fret (G relative to capo) on beats 3 and 4 of some bars of Am.
